Introductory Krav Maga Class

Our 60-minute beginner/Introductory Krav Maga Classes/Seminars allow you to experience authentic Israeli Krav Maga firsthand, in a safe and controlled manner, in a small group setting, where you can get a more detailed explanation of the Krav Maga approach, and the underlying concepts and principles upon which Krav Maga techniques and solutions are based. Anyone wishing to join Krav Maga Yashir must first attend one of these seminars, or take an online virtual introductory short course, however if you are simply wanting to experience a taste of what authentic Krav Maga looks like, then this seminar should meet your needs. This 96-minute seminar is a mix of hands-on drills and technique practice, along with detailed explanations as to why Krav Maga approaches solutions to violence the way it does. You will also learn about the history of Krav Maga and how it has evolved and developed over the years, as it responds to new threats/attacks, and improves solutions to existing ones etc. Our school is located off I-95 (exit 53), just North of Waltham, and has a large on-site parking lot. The cost of the seminar is $25, which also includes 3-months access to our online/virtual Krav Maga foundational course.
